1. Rates are quoted on a basis of per person. 2. Zuurberg Mountain Village reserves the right to revise rates at any period within the contract period subject to a notice period of 30 days.
Guide and Driver Policy
1. Rates on the basis of group reservation. (BB, DBB) 2. Groups of 2 - 10 full paying guests. Driver / Guide 50% discount. 3. Groups of 8 or more rooms (full paying guests) - Driver/Guide FOC 4. This policy does not apply to FIT reservations unless there is a guide included. Payment
1. Payment is due 28 days prior to arrival, unless by alternate arrangement. All payments are to be accompanied by the relevant remittance advice. 2. Tour operator is responsible for any costs related to foreign exchange. Should payment not be timorously received, Zuurberg Mountain Village reserves the right to automatically cancel the reserved accommodation. Zuurberg Mountain Village reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept further bookings if the contract entered into is not adhered to. Child Policy
1. Children 0 - 2 years, No charge. Hotel has cots available and will be provided on request / if available. 2. Children 3 - 10 years. Children to share room with parents. Rate schedule to apply. 3. Children 11 - 18 years. Rate schedule to apply. 4. Children requiring own room are regarded as adults. 5. Zuurberg Mountain Village is a country hotel. Parents are responsible for their children and the hotel will not be held responsible for any damage or injury. Cancellation Policy
Groups
1. A booking will be regarded only as cancelled once the tour operator has a written cancellation letter from the hotel. 2. Rooming lists to be provided 28 days prior to the date of arrival. 3. Cancellation 42 or more days prior to the date of arrival there will be no charge. 4. Cancellation 28 to 42 days prior to arrival the operator will be responsible for 20% of the reservation. 5. Cancellation 14 to 28 days prior to arrival the operator will be responsible for 50% of the reservation 6. Cancellation 1 to 14 days prior to arrival the operator will be responsible for 80% of the reservation.
FIT's
1. A booking will be regarded only as cancelled once the tour operator has a written cancellation letter from the hotel. 2. Cancellation 14 to 28 days prior to arrival the operator will be responsible for 25% of the reservation 3. Cancellation 4 to 14 days prior to arrival the operator will be responsible for 50% of the reservation. 4.
