| Booking Conditions • Rates exclude the 1% Tourism levy and are subject to change without prior notice. • Rates are per room per night and include full breakfast. • All our rooms have garden access, en-suite bathrooms (with separate bath and shower), WI-FI wireless connection, direct dial telephones, radios, TV's, air conditioning, tea & coffee facilities, room safe and mini-bars. • A total of 12 rooms are available: 2 x Petite Double/Twin, 7 x Classic Double/Twin, 2 x Superior Double/Twin, 1 x Suite • We regret strictly no pets. • Check out time is 11:00. Rooms are normally ready for occupation by 14:00.(Please notify arrival time if known) • Double or twin rooms are available. Kindly state your preference. • Children over 10 years old will be charged as an adult, for children younger than 10years cots or a bed in room with parents can be arranged at an extra cost of R120.00 (for breakfast) • Transfers are available on request (Cape Town, airport, etc.) Terms of Acceptance All Reservations and Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Full payment must be received 30 days prior to arrival. Proof of payment to be faxed to number below. Cancellations are subject to the following penalties: • From 31 days to 15 days prior to scheduled arrival: 50% of the value of the entire booking. • Within 14 days, including "no shows": 100% of the value of the entire booking. Please note that in the event of a premature departure, Willowbrook Lodge will charge the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed. Refunds of any monies paid for bookings are at the discretion of management and are dependent on the ability to re-let the room/s. • Payment must be made in SA Rand either by cheque, bank draft, credit card number with expiry date, CVV number and authorisation to debit, or by direct transfer, NET OF ALL BANK CHARGES |
