Spend the night in a newly restored sandstone house dating from the 1890's, and experience its old world charm. The bed and breakfast is situated only 10km from the Lesotho border, with easy access to the Katze Dam, and the Afri-Ski Resort at Oxbow. The well known town of Clarens is only 35km away and it has very interesting places to visit like the arts and crafts village.
Wegkomkans B&B consists of 2 double rooms and one twin room and they are all en-suite. The house has a fireplace which can be utilized during winter on those cold and chilly nights. There is DSTV available for the guests to enjoy in the cosy communal lounge. Delicious breakfasts are served in the morning and dinner is available on request. On the premises is an additional separate self catering unit which can accommodate up to 5 guests.
The activities in the surrounding area include fly fishing, 4x4 routes, mountain biking and many more. This makes Fouriesburg the ideal base from which to explore the whole Eastern Free State. |
