| Terms and Conditions |
| General • Single rate is 70% of room rate • Rates are inclusive of VAT at 14%, but excludes Tourism Levy of 1% • All rates include a Full English & Continental Breakfast • Children are welcome • Under 6 - free when sharing with parent in room. Once off fee of R200 applies for baby cot or extra single bed in room • Under 12 - 50% of per person sharing rate when sharing with parent in room • A deposit or full pre-payment is required in order to secure the booking • Check-in time from 14:00 • Check out time by 11:00 Cancellation Policy • All bookings must be confirmed in writing by email • The following charges will apply when cancelling a booking • 100% if booking is cancelled within 72 hours • 50% if booking is cancelled within 28 days • Please note that all cancellations must be in writing by email |
