| Pre-payment of a booking will secure accommodation. Travel Agent vouchers accepted. Cash on arrival payments cannot be guaranteed. No account payments afterwards, unless arranged. 50% deposit or full payment. Check-in time: 14h00 Check-out time: Strictly 10h00 Cancellation Policy No Show or 24 hours prior to arrival - guest will be responsible for 100% full payment. 0 - 7 days prior to arrival - guest will be responsible for 100% full payment. 8 - 30 days prior to arrival - guest will be responsible for 50% payment. 31 + days prior to arrival - full refund, less cancellation/bank charges No Refunds of Credits will be arrowed for accommodation or meals which was booked and/or paid for, if guest/s depart prior to check-out date or wish not to have meals. |
