Vergelegen Country Guest House was built especially with keeping the guests needs in mind. It is situated on the outskirts of Kakamas on a beautiful farm setting near the world famous Augrabies Falls. One overlooks the contrast of barren landscapes and the lush green vineyards of the Orange River valley.

The guest house offers 15 luxury, comfortable en-suite rooms each with a personal touch. There are self catering and family units available for the guests. The self catering apartment consists of 3 bedrooms with two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge with TV, DVD / CD player, an office and private courtyard with braai (barbecue) facilities. All rooms have their own private entrances which lead out on a patio.

Take time to relax at the sparkling swimming pool under the African sun or take a walk down to the river. In winter you can relax at our cosy fireplace. Dinner is served in our a' la carte restaurant and the menu in the restaurant consists of local traditional fare and our wine list consists of only the best from our local cellars and Cape wines.
