| Booking Terms 50% deposit of full stay will secure your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable, if booking is cancelled within 48 hours from arrival date. Balance of accommodation account is payable on arrival. Children on request, roll-away beds and cots can be arranged on request. Check-in time: 14h00 Check-out time: 11h00 Cancellation Policy Cancellation within 7 days of date of arrival 50% of full accommodation is payable. Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival full accommodation is payable. In the event of premature departure the full extent of stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged. Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the liability to re-let the rooms. Important Information Identity copies either RSA ID / Passport or Drivers licence is required on arrival. Valid credit card required on arrival to guarantee additional extras, otherwise a R 200.00 refundable cash deposit is required to guarantee extras on arrival. Secure garage parking is available for hotel guests, designated parking bays are available on first come first basis, and is at owners own risk. Guests are to ensure that they park in designated and marked Urban Chic Guest parking bays to avoid a clamping fee of R500 if vehicles are parked illegally. |
