| To secure a booking a deposit of 50% must be made. The balance is payable on arrival - keys will not be handed over unless full payment is received. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a non-arrival. Cancellation Policy If the booking is cancelled more than 3 weeks prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded. In the event that a booking is cancelled less than 3 weeks prior to arrival, the deposit is refundable only if the unit can be re-let. Bookings will automatically be cancelled if the deposit is not received by the due date. Bookings are not secure unless a confirmation from Umbrella Tree House has been received by the guest. |
