They include accommodation, as detailed, 14% VAT and a South African Tourism Bed Levy.
Flights and transfers to and from Ulusaba are not included.

It is possible to accommodate extra adults and children in some of our double rooms, in these cases the charge will be R2 000 per person, per night with the extra guests being accommodated on fold-out or rollaway beds. Occasionally due to restrictions on the number of guests and vehicles allowed on Sabi Sand Reserve, we may not be able to accommodate extra guests in rooms - please contact us for details.
Exclusive Usage
These rates are per lodge, per night and are in South African Rand. Our exclusive use options are ideal for weddings, birthdays, corporate groups or any type of gathering where you might like the place to yourselves! You will get entire use of the lodge for the number of guests stated and your own game vehicles.
Rate per Lodge / per night: R100 000
Safari Lodge can accommodate 20 guests sharing 10 rooms, and Rock Lodge can accommodate between 16 and 20 guests sharing 8 rooms. Additional guests may be accommodated in some rooms. Please speak to the Reservations office for more details.
Individual and Exclusive Use Rates Include ...

• Twice daily game viewing drives traversing an area of 10 000 hectares frequented by the Big Five.
A fully trained and experienced ranger and tracker will accompany guests.
• A daily walking safari accompanied by a ranger and tracker (subject to favourable conditions).
• A fully equipped gymnasium situated at Rock Lodge and Safari Lodge.
• Tennis courts with viewing pavilion - rackets and balls supplied.
• Lounges at each lodge equipped with DVD, video, music and book library.
• Laundry service (no dry cleaning available).
• Business facilities (details available on request).
• Use of binoculars.
• Children's books and games are available at Rock Lodge.
• An observatory, perfect for star gazing.
• Informative talks on flora, fauna and conservation can be done on request for both adults and children.
• A wine cellar at Safari Lodge with an outdoor dining area for up to six guests, great for private dining.
