| Rates:Inclusive of 14% V.A.T. * In South African Rands * Subject to availability Payment: Tour Operators are required to prepay in full 4 weeks prior to arrival. Directs: 50% deposit is due upon confirmation of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. There is a 5% surcharge on credit card payments for commissionable bookings. Cancellation policy: Our cancellation policy is as follows: Four weeks before arrival - 75% of full amount. Two weeks before arrival - 100% of full amount. Transfers: There are daily scheduled MADIKWE AIR/FEDERAL AIR flights from O.R.Tambo Airport (JIA). * Private charters are available on request * Road transfers available on request Rates Include: Luxury accommodation * Two game drives per day * All meals daily * Welcome drinks and teas & coffees at meals. Rates Exclude: Curio shop purchases * Drinks * Telephone calls * Tourism Levy (R10.00 per person per night) * Fly in fee/gate entrance fee (R150.00 per person per stay) - payable at the lodge on departure*Laundry Services*Airstrip & Lodge Transfers (R100 per person per way)*specialised Coffees. All Extras to be settled in camp prior to departure. We accept all credit cards. What to bring: Comfortable walking shoes * Sun hat * Sunglasses * Sun block * Cameras and binoculars * Light, neutral coloured clothing * Swimming costumeWarm jackets are essential in winter (May -October). Children (0- 12yrs) are welcome * Babysitters available (at extra cost) * Children 5yrs and under are not permitted on game drives.Children's programmes are available * Children sharing 1 room with 2 full paying adults pay a subsidised rate. Children in own room charged full price * No charge for Children under 3yrs. Tour Guides can be accommodated subject to availability (may only be confirmed last minute) * Guides are not guaranteed game drives*Confirm Guide Rate with your dedicated reservations contact. Check in is from 14:00 pm and rooms are to be vacated by 11:00am * Early check in/departure subject to supplements. Gates open at 06h00 & close at 21h00 on the Western side of Madikwe * Please call the lodge direct if arrival is later than this. Entrance fee into the Madikwe Reserve by road or air - please settle in camp - R150.00 per person per stay. |
