Child Policy
0 - 5 years old: accommodation and meals FREE of charge (per child) when sharing with adult(s). 6 - 12 years old: pay an extra person supplement fee (per child) when sharing with adult(s), and meals are charged at 50% discount. 13 - 18 years old: pay an extra person supplement fee (per child) when sharing with adult(s), and full price for meals. When a child 13 - 18 years old is sharing with one adult; the per person sharing rate will be applicable for both persons. Should children 13 - 18 years old require their own room, the single rate will be applicable.
Cancellation Policy
The full amount is required within 48 hours from booking in order to guarantee your reservation. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Should you choose not to guarantee your reservation, it may be released at anytime. The hotel will endeavor to contact you prior to releasing the reservation. To secure your reservation, please ensure your deposit amount is paid to us by no later the within 48 hours from booking.
In the event of notification of cancellation, the following cancellation fee shall apply on the full booking: 100% is refundable should your reservation be canceled within 48 hours confirmation of reservation. 100% is non-refundable should your reservation be canceled more than 48 hours from confirmation of reservation. |
