No booking can be confirmed without the required proof of payment or valid credit card details or bank cheque clearances.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are not refundable under any circumstances. Tsitsikamma Backpackers reserves the right to claim the full fee should the client fail to cancel the booking within 24 hours. Cancellation within 7 days of booking will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
