Tsitsikamma Backpackers offers a unique eco-friendly tranquil environment situated in Storms River Village, surrounded by the magnificent Tsitsikamma forest and mountains. Easily accessible just off the N2 highway, a mere 65km from Plettenberg Bay and 110km from Jeffreys Bay on the Baz Bus route.
This pristine 4 star backpackers lodge offers accommodation in luxury dorms and double rooms which can accommodate up to 28 guests. It is situated in a magnificent one acre garden setting with rolling lawns and unsurpassed views of the mountains. We cater for the discerning traveller who wishes to relax and unwind in a beautiful setting. A magnificent outdoor boma area with open fire and bar area is available for the guests.
We have recently joined Greenline, an environmental management company and we are constantly striving to look after our environment in any way possible.
A host of activities are offered and include the internationally acclaimed "Tsitsikamma canopy tour", mountain biking, forest hikes, snorkeling in a marine reserve, all within a stone's throw of the Tsitsikamma Backpackers. The world's highest bungi is a mere 20 minutes away! We are a Baz Bus stop and offer shuttles to all the local activities. |
