We do offer a romance option to make your time with us extra special:
For an additional R700, we will indulge you with berries and cream upon arrival and JC Le Roux's La Fleurette Rose or La Chanson Red sparkling wine and Lindt chocolate to enjoy on your private balcony beneath the stars. Throw in freshly scattered rose petals on your bed, a bunch of roses for your loved one, sparkling tea lights about your bath and a surprise sweet treat upon your pillow, and you have the ingredients for romance.
This choice is optional, so please let us know if you wish the above option to be included.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled 30 - 14 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the total value of the booking.
Bookings cancelled 14 - 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 75% of the total value of the booking.
Bookings cancelled 0 - 7 days prior to arrival / no shows / premature departures will be charged 100% of the total value of the booking.
To avoid any misunderstanding, a booking constitutes a binding contract. It is expected that guests take out appropriate travel insurance to cover any circumstances that will prevent them from fulfilling their obligations.
General Info
Check-in time is from 2 - 6pm. Should you be arriving later than 6pm, please advise us as this is when our recpetion closes.
Check-out time is strictly 10am, unless otherwise arranged.
Tranquility Guest House is a non-smoking establishment.
Tranquility Guest House has taken its first step in going green and turned its Jacuzzi into a splash pool in order to save energy.
The proprietors are not responsible for loss or damage to property of, or injury to any guest, member of their family, visitor or any person whatsoever on the premises, arising from fire, theft or otherwise whatsoever cause, or arising from negligence or wrongful act of the owners or any staff in the employ of the establishment. The Terms and Conditions of this booking are deemed as being accepted on receipt of the deposit, or credit card details. |
