This stunning 4 star Bed and Breakfast has luxury non-smoking rooms which are all en-suite, air-conditioned and beautifully appointed with modern African décor. Multi channel TV, ceiling fans, complimentary teas and fresh ground coffee, hair dryers, quality linens and thoughtful extras ensure your stay will be one to remember. Private entrances lead out to lush tropical gardens; the rock set jacuzzi, pool and outdoor entertainment area with braai (barbecue) facilities. Our rates include a delicious cooked or continental breakfast served from our extensive breakfast menu. Tighnamara's wide, spacious communal areas are perfect for relaxation time and the terrace is the ideal place to enjoy a sundowners drink from our well stocked licensed bar. Please Note:
• Rates are subject to change at owner’s discretion.
• The rates quoted are per person per night based on two people sharing and include a fully cooked and continental breakfast.
• We do not provide self catering accommodation.
• Strictly no children under 12 years old.
• A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
• We require payment (outstanding balance) on arrival for accommodation.
• We offer additional free nights / discount on accommodation during low season on bookings over 5 nights.
• Low season mid week bookings will also receive discount.
• Check in time is strictly from 2pm until 8pm on the day of arrival (unless by prior arrangement)
and check out on day of departure is up until 10am.
Cancellation Policy:
When a cancellation is received, any deposit / amount / monies received by Tighnamara will be processed in the following way:
- Less than 28 days prior to arrival - 25% retained.
- Less than 21 days prior to arrival - 50% retained.
- Less than 14 days prior to arrival - 75% retained.
- Less than 7 days prior to arrival - 100% retained.
After a deposit has been received, ALL cancellations will incur a R100 administration fee.

Approximately 20km south of tollgate you will find the first and only set of traffic lights. Proceed through the traffic lights,
after about 1.3km turn left into Southbroom South. After 400m turn right into Outlook Road and proceed for approximately 1.5km.
Turn right into Dorwin Road. We are 50m further on the left.
