This unforgettable lodge is situated in a 44 hectare forest valley overlooking a pristine wetland perfectly positioning it as a charming "Mind Unwind" natural destination.

Combining an expression of natural design ideas gathered from ten years of travel in Africa by the owners, resulted in the creation of a collection of charming natural wooden chalets and private decks. Merging luxury, supreme style, spaciousness and comfort for the enthusiastic nature lover.

Peak Season (14 December - 15 January)

Single: R1395 per person per night (including breakfast)
Sharing: R995 per person per night (including breakfast)

High Season (16 January - 30 April)

Single: R1155 per person per night (including breakfast)
Sharing: R795 per person per night (including breakfast)

Mid Season (1 May - 30 November)

Single: R975 per person per night (including breakfast)
Sharing: R695 per person per night (including breakfast)

50% deposit is required before arrival for bookings to be confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that a reservation is not guaranteed until a deposit has been received.
We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if no deposit has been received and place another guest in the suite.

Please note all cancelled bookings are to be in writing.

7.5% of the fee if cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival.
25% of the fee if cancelled less than 30 -15 days prior to arrival.
50% of the fee if cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival.

DIRECTIONS:
 
Take the N2 highway from Port Elizabeth to Cape Town. Shortly after you exit Port Elizabeth there will be an off-ramp called Seaview / Greenbushes. Turn left at that off-ramp and follow Seaview Road for 5km. Then turn right into De Stades Road and follow the road for 6km. Then on the left there will be a road called Maitland Road, then travel for 600m and you will find Thunzi Bush Lodge on the right hand side.
