The Winery House is a centrally located, self catering house situated in the heart of a working wine farm. It is located behind the Môreson cellar, and around the corner from the award winning Bread & Wine Restaurant and The Farm Grocer.
It has three spacious bedrooms, one of which is en-suite while the other two share a bathroom. It is also serviced everyday, and consists of a comfortable lounge, well equipped and super cool kitchen, charming outside verandah, its own private swimming pool and satellite television (DSTV).
If you've always wanted to own your own wine farm but never had the means to realize your dreams now is your chance. Book yourself and your friends and family into the Winery House and tick "wine farmer" off your to do list. While you're in the neighborhood check out if you can fit in a bread baking lesson and an introduction to wine blending during your stay. Or if the "hands on" making of wine is more your scene, then make arrangements with the farm to take part in the harvest or work in the winery.

Take the N1 highway towards Paarl. Then take Exit 59 marked Wellington / Paarl. Turn right at the T-junction onto the R301 and proceed under the N1 highway. Continue on this road for about 16km and you will pass Drakenstein Prison, site of Nelson Mandela’s release, on the right hand side. At the T-junction turn left onto the R45 towards Franschhoek and continue driving straight for about 5km. On your left you will see La Motte Farm followed by a sign for Môreson Farm. About 500 meters from this sign is the sign for Happy Valley Road, the road is directly opposite this sign. Travel for 2km down Happy Valley Road you will see the main gates for Môreson Farm, drive through these gates and take the second turn to your right. You will see The Winery House clearly signposted.
From Cape Town via Stellenbosch
Take the N2 highway towards Somerset West. Then take Exit 33 (R310) towards Stellenbosch. At the T-junction turn right to continue on the R310 into Stellenbosch. Follow the Franschhoek signs (R310) over the Helshoogte Pass and through the village of Pniel. Turn right at the T-junction onto the R45 and proceed on this road for about 13km. On your left you will see La Motte Farm followed by a sign for Môreson Farm. About 500m from this sign is the sign for Happy Valley Road, the road is directly opposite this sign. Travel for 2km down Happy Valley Road and you will see the main gates for Môreson Farm, drive through these gates and take the second turn to your right. You will then see The Winery House clearly signposted.
