The Windermere is a hip, stylish boutique 5 star hotel which brings the historic Indian Ocean port city of Port Elizabeth a new sense of style and occasion. Situated in the trendy beach suburb of Humewood, guests can take a short walk to Kings Beach and the "blue flag" status Humewood Beach.

General Terms & Conditions
Full payment of accommodation account is due 30 days prior to client's arrival.
Bookings confirmed of 3 or more rooms - 50% deposit is required within 7 days of confirmation
and the balance payable 30 days prior to guests' arrival. Deposits are non refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 21 days of arrival - 50% of full accommodation costs is payable.
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival - 75% of full accommodation costs is payable.
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival - 100% of full accommodation costs is payable.
In the event of premature departure the full extent of stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.
Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let the rooms.

Enter Port Elizabeth on the N2, which becomes the Settlers Highway (M4). Take the Humewood / Summerstrand off-ramp (M4) as indicated on the signs along the road. Continue down the coast, past the harbour in the direction of Humewood / Summerstrand (M4).
You will pass the Paxton Hotel on your right, then Kings Beach on the left and then start looking out for the Mc Donald’s / Holiday Inn on your right hand side. At this robot you will turn right into La Roche Drive and then first right again into Humewood Road. We are situated at No. 35 Humewood Road (cnr Sprayview Avenue and Humewood Road).
