| In order to confirm a booking a 50% deposit must be made within 14 days from the day the booking was made. If booking less than 14 days prior to stay the 50% deposit must be made within 48hrs of the booking to confirm. Failure to do so will notify The Lodge At Atlantic Beach that the booking will not be confirmed and will be opened up for further bookings. Check in time: 14h00 Departure time: 10h30 Please inform us of late or early arrivals or departures deposits. Cancellation Policy If cancellation is made 21 days prior to arrival date, the full deposit will be paid back If cancellation is made 14 days prior to arrival date, 50% of deposit will be paid back If cancellation is made less than two weeks to arrival, no refund of the 50% deposit will be given If cancellation is made 24 hours prior to the date of arrival the rate for the entire accommodation must be settled with the Lodge at Atlantic Beach Walk In Policy If a booking is made on the date of requested arrival, the full amount for the entire stay must be paid upfront. Further charges will be settled on departure. Children Children are more than welcome. Unfortunately we do not have any interconnecting rooms. However, children under the age of 12 years are allowed to share with their parents. Children older than 12 can have a room of their own, adjacent to their parents. |
