The Bay Lodge is situated within a 3 minute walk from a small secluded beach called Stanfords Cove in De Kelders. We are located 2km from Gansbaai which is called the "Big 2 Town" namely for the great white sharks and the southern right whales that are frequently spotted in the area. Shark dive excursions and boat based whale watching cruises can be arranged.

We offer 4 cosy comfortable rooms with either sea or mountain views. All the rooms are tastefully decorated mainly in colours of creams and white. We have a spacious guest lounge with easy comfortable chairs and satellite TV.

The bed and breakfast overlooks Walker Bay with its different moods, magnificent scenery and breathtaking sunsets. Walker Bay is home to the whales between the months of June - December. Guests can view the whales from the comfort of their room or private balcony. Experience a local feel at a pub and grill which are within walking distance from our bed and breakfast. Guests can enjoy walks through the fynbos and along the rocks and cliffs of our beautiful rugged coastline.
