| 50% deposit is required or credit card details to be given when making a booking. Cancellation Policy During the high demand period over December / January and Easter DEPOSITS are NOT REFUNDABLE. During the REST of the YEAR the following applies: • Less than 1 day, forfeit 100% of the booking • Less than 7 days, forfeit 100% of the deposit • From 8 days to 14 days, forfeit 75% of the deposit • From 15 days to 28 days, forfeit 50% of the deposit • 29 days plus, a small cancellation fee may be charged In the event of premature departure we will charge the full extent of the stay that has been booked. Booked rooms can be let again if deposits are not received timeously. Rates are subject to change without notice if required deposits have not been received timeously. |
