Thabana Safari Lodge is the ideal place to recharge your city batteries and unwind in the beautiful African bush. Just three hours from Johannesburg.

The 10 000 hectares on which the lodge is situated is malaria free and hosts species such as Lion, Rhino, Buffalo, Roan, Sable, Giraffe, Blesbok, Zebra, Eland, Waterbuck, Common Reedbuck, Nyala, Springbok, Impala, Steenbuck, Duiker and Kudu.

DIRECTIONS:
 
Directions From Pretoria

Travel west to Rustenburg and then on the N4 to Swartruggens, Groot Marico & Zeerust.

Directions From Johannesburg

Magaliesburg, Derby, Koster (turn right to Swartruggens). Follow N4 to Zeerust.
In Zeerust turn right at President street onto R47 to Gaborone.
Approximately 50km from Zeerust there is a turnoff to the right to Groot Marico. Don't turn, carry on straight.
Pass the signboard "Gaborone 70km" and a big Marula tree on the left.
"Thabana Safari Lodge" signboard is about 400 metres after the Marula tree.
Turn left on the dirt road and travel for 4.2km to the main entrance.
