Situated on an Organic Farm, Sun Cottage is separate from the main house and is secluded with its own garden. It is a charming thatched cottage, nestled in the farmlands of the Eastern Free State Highlands, overlooking the Majestic Maluti Mountains.
It is fully self catering and has a cosy fireplace. It has a fully equipped kitchen, with microwave, crockery & cutlery, two plate stove, fridge, toaster, coffer maker. The cottage has verandas with magnificent views. There is a scenic braai (barbecue) area and wood is supplied. A short and spectacular drive from Clarens and Golden Gate. Sleeps 5 and extra mattresses or baby cot on request.
The activities in the area include horse riding, walking trails, bird watching and swimming. In the town Fouriesburg, there is plenty of places to visit, like the Fouriesburg Country Inn which has an old wine cellar, TV, bar and pool table, Gallery Cafe, and Fontani restaurant. The farm is also and ideal gateway for travelers to Lesotho.

At Fouriesburg turn-off (45km from Bethlehem) go straight.
At second Fouriesburg turn-off (a further 2km) turn left onto R711 towards Clarens.
Go straight thru cross-roads (leading to Caledonspoort Border or Fouriesburg town).
Travel for about 800m where you'll see, on the left, a roads works camp and on the right a "Sun Cottage" sign leading
onto a dust road. Turn right. Travel past a small dam on the right hand side and go straight until a T-junction. Turn right.
travel to the end of that road - Sun Cottage.
