Strand B&B is situated in the Melkbaai area, which is the most popular swimming area of the Strand. Many surrounding attractions can be reached within 30 minutes drive from the bed and breakfast. After exploring the False Bay, guests are welcome to visit the wine routes of Helderberg, Stellenbosch, Paarl, Franschhoek and Wellington. Guests can take a spectacular coastal and mountain drive via Gordon's Bay to Hermanus, which is known as the famous whale watching route. Whales can be spotted between the months of August to November. The Cape Town International Airport is only 20 minutes drive from the Strand.
