Nestled in the magnificent Slanghoek Valley, lies the Slanghoek Mountain Resort. We have 7 fully equipped self catering chalets of different sizes, 6 of them have built-in braais (barbecues). All chalets are equipped with DSTV, heaters, fans, refrigerators, microwave ovens, stoves, kettles and toasters. The cutlery, crockery, bedding and towels are also provided.
The resort has 13 self catering safari tents and each one has an en-suite shower and toilet facilities. The self catering chalets and tents are situated under a century old oak tree forest. For the walking enthusiasts we have a one hour walking trail to a lookout point which has a spectacular view of the whole Slanghoek Valley. We have also 14 camping sites situated between the vineyards on our wine farm. There is a swimming pool, trampoline, jungle jim and a small stream running through the camping area. We have wooden huts in the camping area and each one has a shower and toilet which is shared by a maximum two camping sites.
We have a conference facility that can accommodate from 10 to 150 people depending on the seating arrangements. For weddings we have a hall suitable for 120 guests. Our wedding chapel can only take 64, but we can arrange a ceremony at our lapa for a maximum of 100 guests.

Take the N1 to Paarl, through Du Toitskloof, turn right to Rawsonville on the R101. On the R101, drive until you reach the first road crossing. Turn left here (look for the Slanghoek road sign). Drive for about 10km, past Goudini Spa, past Slanghoek Wine Cellar, past Opstal Estate until you reach the Slanghoek Mountain Resort sign on your right.
From Pretoria
On the N1, pass Worcester, pass Shell Ultra City and then turn left to Rawsonville at the R101 turnoff. On the R101 drive until you reach the second road crossing. Turn right here (look for the Slanghoek roadsign). Drive for about 10km, past Goudini Spa, past Slanghoek Wine Cellar, past Opstal Estate until you reach the Slanghoek Mountain Resort sign on your right.
