| Terms and Conditions |
| - Per person rates include a continental breakfast - A 50% deposit secures your booking. Rates include VAT @ 14% and a Tourism Levy of 1%. The balance of the booking value must be paid prior to arrival - Deposits will be forfeited for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival - Where cancellations made between 8 & 31 days of arrival, 25% of deposit is refundable - Breakfast available in the Tree House from 08:00 - 10 :00 - Any extra food and beverage costs must be settled prior to departure - Check-in time is 14h00 and our check-out time is 11h00 - Late departures may incur extra charges - Regrettably no children under 10 in the Manor House Suites - Children under the age of 10 sharing with parents pay R75.00 - Rates and prices are subject to change without prior notice - Silvermist accepts all major credit cards - Electronic transfers & bank deposits need email or facsimile confirmations - Group bookings, conferences and tours should be discussed with management to ensure the best possible rates are made available |
