Children above the age of 12 years pay full adult rate.
Booking and Payment Details
Reservations are confirmed when in writing via fax / email and all bookings require a 50% deposit within 7 days.
Final confirmation of booking is only made on receipt of above-mentioned payment.
Full prepayment is due within 4 weeks prior to guests' arrival.
Short term bookings: Full payment 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Should the reservation be cancelled:
More than six weeks prior to travel - An admin fee of R100 will be charged.
Between six and four weeks of arrival - 25% of the total amount will be forfeited.
Within four and two weeks of arrival - 50% of the total amount will be forfeited.
Less than 14 days of arrival - 100% of the total amount will be forfeited.
Methods of payment accepted: Cash, Direct Deposits / Internet Transfers, Credit Cards
