Welcome to Seagulls Guest House. We are situated in the centre of Langebaan within walking distance to the village, shops, banks, restaurants and beaches. Our guest house is situated in a peaceful, lovely quiet area where you can hear the birds chirping. The property has lovely views of the lagoon and a sparkling swimming pool.
We offer 5 fully equipped self catering units. Each unit is supplied with lovely fresh linen and towels. Just bring your own beach towels along. All the units can sleep 18 people in total. Unit 1 sleeps 3 - 4 people. It has a room with a double bed, and the dining area has a sleeper couch suitable for 1 or 2 kids. It also has its own washing lines. Own braai , own entrance.
Unit 2 can sleep 2 people (couple), with a double bed. In addition units have TV's, fans, hairdryers equipped kitchenettes with microwaves, kettle, electric frying pan, toasters, cutlery, crockery. Unit 3 can sleep 4 people. It has a double bed, separate smaller room with twin beds (suitable for two kids) and a full bathroom. It has its own courtyard, braai (barbecue) area and washing lines.
The family unit (no. 4) can accommodate 4 - 6 people and it has a lounge, dining room, equipped big kitchen, courtyard with braai (barbecue) area and washing lines. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a smaller room with bunk beds, 2 extra single beds, en-suite shower, toilet, basin and an extra en-suite loo. Unit no 5 is just for a couple, dining area, own braai area, shower, toilet, basin, and own parking bay.
You can braai (barbecue) or have a sundowner on the veranda with lovely lagoon views. We also offer a lovely health breakfast basket at an extra cost that be served to the units. In addition, we offer a laundry service for all our guests. Boat trips and fishing trips are available at an extra fee. We also offer professional golf lessons.
