Cancellation Policy
Owing to the nature of our industry, a 100% Cancellation Fee will be levied should this booking be cancelled,
or reduced in size, less than 7 days prior to the arrival date, once we've received your confirmation.
A 50% Cancellation Fee will be levied should this booking be cancelled, or reduced in size, between 8 and 14 days
prior to the arrival date.
We understand that the final numbers of your event may change closer to the event, please advise us timeously of any changes to avoid the disappointment of paying cancellation fees.
The above review dates have been devised in the hope of developing mutual understanding and professionalism, to establish whether or not rooms should be released back to the hotel and in order to safeguard our mutual interests and prevent losses. |
