Roseland House is situated in the quiet residential suburb of Glenwood, high on Durban's Berea - yet within 5 minutes of the city centre. Lovingly furnished with many antiques, yet modernised to give an air of quiet elegance. Guests can take an easy stroll from this Edwardian home to the many restaurants in Davenport Road.

All 10 air-conditioned rooms are en-suite with a vanity unit for your toiletries. Each room is furnished with a desk for our business executives who need to work after hours (internet and fax facilities are available). Should you wish to relax, we have hostess trays and TV's in all the bedrooms. Enjoy a tasty full English breakfast and some fresh fruit each morning in our dining hall overlooking the formal pool area.

There is also a small lounge close to the swimming pool where you may invite your personal guests to visit you, or conveniently conduct a business appointment. For those who enjoy a little exercise, take a dip in our second pool surrounded by a colourful garden or take an early morning stroll or jog in the Glenwood area. We have secure gate controlled parking (one bay per room). Alternatively under our passenger license, transport to and from the airport can be arranged.
