50% deposit is required to confirm booking.
Full payment is required 1 month prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
50% up to 7 days prior to arrival and thereafter 100% of payment is due.
In the event of premature departure guests are liable for full payment of original booking period.
No-shows will be charged as originally booked. An administration fee maybe charged for cancellations from either party.
No additional guests will be permitted to stay, over those originally booked, as each person is charged for, unless by prior arrangement.
