* Under no circumstances will we accommodate more than the number of people, including children. Booked and paid for before arrival. If you arrive with more people than you booked for, the cost will be R100 per person per night regardless whether they are children or adults.

Terms and Conditions
 
50% booking deposit is required to secure a booking.

Balances are to be paid into the account before arrival and for weekend bookings, we will accept cash on arrival.
No booking will be made if it is not secured by a paid deposit.

Only two night stays over a weekend. IIn school holidays, we will only accept a 5 - 7 night booking but for Easter and Xmas, bookings must be 7 nights or more.

Arrival from 12h00 and departure for a weekend booking must be by 12h00.
Departures in school holidays must be by 9h30 so that we can get the chalets serviced before next guests arrive.

Key / breakage deposit is R300.00 per chalet.
This is refundable back into your account after departure. We will not do refunds on departure.

All chalets have a TOP TV bouquet with 23 channels at R15.00 per day. For longer bookings, we reduce this to R10.00.

For day visitors (ie. anyone visiting guests already booked into the chalet) between the hours of 9h00 and 18h00 at a cost of R20.00 per adult and children under 12 yrs at R5.00. This would NOT allow for anyone wanting to extend that stay overnight.

Please notify Joey at the office of any such intention. We would normally not allow this unless we have extra available accommodation.

Cancellations of bookings must be made 60 days before arrival in writing.
If not made in this time frame, a cancellation fee of R250.00 will be charged.
