Ribbokkloof

Ribbokkloof is the ideal place, to break away from the hustle and bustle of the city life! It is situated about 45km from Middleburg. This place is great for nature lovers, as we love to boost about the “untouched” nature and lush vegetation. There are over 181 species of different kinds of birds, as this place is a bird watchers paradise! The small “Ribbok” buck can also be spotted amongst the chalets. These chalets are situated in a beautiful valley on the farm which consists of 1070 hectares of farm land. This owner of farm is very proud of his land, where he stills farms by planting and harvesting mealies, sugar beans, sunflower seeds.

This is the place where families and friends can relax and recharge their batteries by enjoying the peaceful surroundings and company of one another. We have various self catering chalets available, which have electricity for lighting and gas fridges, stoves and geysers. All that you have to bring with is your own linen and camping chairs. There are two 12 bed chalets, two 6 bed chalets and three 4 bed chalets. Each chalet has its own private braai (barbecue) area.

We also have a challenging 4x4 track / route, where the drives can really test their safari skills! Quad bikes and off road motor bikes are also welcome. Cool off at the swimming pool on those hot summer days, or just enjoy a scenic walk through the wine farms situated nearby. You are welcome to bring along your fishing rod as well.
