Pyramids Motel is situated on the N3 route at the Van Reenen Pass between Gauteng and the Kwazulu-Natal Coast, and from the motel you have magnificent views to Natal and the majestic Natal Drakensberg - a lazy day at Pyramids Motel just absorb the panoramic view.
 
The Pyramids Motel is also the base of Wildebeest Expeditions where all the activity is concentrated and the starting point of the trips, so it is ideal for a weekend getaway or break a long trip.

Adventourous trips will be organized for you, as it starts in Johannesburg / Harrismith at the Pyramids Motel. Travellers will be picked up at the OR Tambo (Johannesburg) International Airport and transported to the Wildebeest Pyramids Motel.The campsite also functions as your information centre where you can hire the mode of transport of your choice. We will give you the time to acclimatise and have a rest before introducing you to your fellow travellers, guides and supportive personnel. The Wildebeest personnel will give you all the assistance you need in choosing an adventurous program to explore South Africa.
