50% deposit is required to confirm booking.
Deposit Policy
To secure reservations, 50% deposit will be required on confirmation of booking- balance upon arrival
On confirmation of booking full credit card details should be provided as security or a direct transfer can be made into our bank account
Cancellation Policy
- Pre-payments are not refundable under any circumstances if the cancellation occurs within 21 days prior to the arrival date.
- We reserve the right to retain the pre-payment as a cancellation fee, should we be unable to re-sell the room. In the event of a no-show or premature departure, we will be obliged to charge for the full extent of the pre-booked stay.
- A 25% administration fee will be deducted under all circumstances after confirmation of booking. |
