Parkes Manor is a beautifully renovated country house set in a peaceful garden. This magnificent four star country house delights with tranquil views over the Knysna Lagoon. Parkes Manor Guest House comprises of 9 en-suite bedrooms of which there are 3 lagoon facing rooms, 5 standard rooms and 1 premier room.

Each room is individually and tastefully decorated to satisfy the discerning traveller. From king size beds to luxury bathrooms (shower and bath), our guests can enjoy the many amenities we have to offer, ranging from satellite television, telephones, radios, mini bars, tea / coffee making facilities and personal safety deposit boxes. For those hot summer nights each room is fitted with a ceiling fan and for the fresh winters all our rooms are fitted with underfloor heating. Each room opens onto the wrap around veranda.

Guests can enjoy a hearty English and Continental breakfast, scrumptious lunches, snacks and cheese platters may be enjoyed in the gazebo, on the patio or in any magical corner of our magnificent garden. Guests may relax alongside the pool enjoying a cocktail of their choice. Pre-dinner drinks are also served in the Polo bar. The gazebo is the perfect location for intimate weddings and small functions. The gazebo houses a maximum of 60 guests. Our staff compliment is unique and intriguing in its entirety. A rainbow of cultures and personalities portrays a true reflection of South Africa. Add passion to the latter and you have an explosion of spectacular service and friendliness.
