Three miners' units comprise of five elegant bedrooms - 3 for couples with queen / king beds and 2 five-sleeper rooms with single beds - sleep a total of 14 to 16 people comfortably. The Miners Canteen with fireplace and well-equipped kitchen with wood stove, can cater for up to 20 people.

Enjoy late evenings at the open cooking hearth on the spacious verandah overlooking two trout dams and spectacular mountain views. Enjoy lovely nature walks along 700 ha of pristine landscape and historical gold mine diggings, fly-fishing, and unequalled serenity. Solar lights and gas are reminders of a bygone era, supplying lights and electricity in an old-fashioned way, with no compromise in comfort. This is a hikers' and birders' paradise with the scarce Gurney sugar birds, blue and crowned cranes and impressive Stanley bustard breeding on the farm. Wild horses and small game roam the fields.
