Orca House

Orca House is situated on the beautiful Keurbooms Beach - a short drive from the ever popular resort town of Plettenberg Bay. This unique African Beach House has a charming character and is a nature lover's haven.

There are four spacious bedrooms, two with lovely sea views and two that overlook the enveloping indigenous bush. Of the two bathrooms one has a separate shower, bath, lavatory and basin and the other has a lavatory, basin and bath with shower. The open plan kitchen and dining area lead into the main lounge downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and all kitchen equipment, cutlery and crockery. The main lounge has a cosy fireplace for those chilly evenings and is fully equipped with DSTV, DVD, and a music system. This lounge area leads onto a covered outdoor entertaining area with a large dining table and braai (barbecue).

The garden area has a path with direct access to the beautiful Keurbooms beach. The Keurbooms beach stretches for kilometers of unspoilt natural beauty and is ideal for long walks and long beach days (the home has beach equipment for your convenience). Upstairs are two indoor lounge areas with sliding doors leading onto the outdoor decks. From the sea facing deck you can spot whales and dolphins and have a stunning view of the bay. On the side of the home is an outdoor shower, and hidden amongst the indigenous forest is a protected private swimming pool and deck - pure bliss!

Friendly and well-trained staff will ensure that you have a relaxing visit. David and Linda who manage the home will meet you on arrival and make your stay extra special by arranging anything from catering in your home, to shopping, transfers, booking of restaurants, arranging babysitters etc. Homemade lemonade, bakedbread, and an array of fresh fruit are just some of the little touches to welcome you on arrival. Breakfast can also be arranged on request.
