| Terms and Conditions |
| All reservations must be guaranteed by a deposit of 50% of the total accommodation amount, payable immediately. The balance of the accommodation amount is payable 30 days prior to arrival. Confirmation of your reservation will be issued upon receipt of your deposit. All children under 3 years stay free of charge, all older children are charged the 3rd person supplement. Maximum capacity of extra beds per room is 1. All Christmas / New Year bookings need to be secured with a 50% deposit by 1 July. All rates are quoted per room, incl. breakfast, in South African Rands inclusive of 14% VAT and tourism levy and are subject to change without notice. 23 Dec - 10 Jan (Min 4 nights stay) Cancellation Charges Less than 30 days prior to arrival - 25% of total due. Less than 14 days prior to arrival - 50% of total due. Less than 7 days prior to arrival - 100% of total due. |
