The first cottage, River Cottage - is a charming, beautifully furnished, luxury, home from home, thatch cottage. With main bedroom (queen size bed) and en-suite bathroom (shower), and one daybed in lounge and second single bed (mezzanine - accessed by a steep step ladder over dining room). Fully equipped kitchen, open fireplace, barbeque area, on the river (sleeps family of 3 - 4).
Yellowwood Cottage is an old farm cottage with a large verandah, renovated to a very high standard. This cottage has one double bed and two single beds. The bedrooms are separated by an archway with a thick curtain, suitable for a couple with 2 children or four very good friends. Full bathroom with outdoor shower. Fully equipped kitchen, open fireplace, Weber barbeque. Set in its own private area (sleeps family of 4).
The Tin House, a South African farmhouse style house with four individually decorated, luxury twin rooms all en-suite (shower), 1 bath, a huge living area with an open fireplace, DVD / CD player and a fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for groups wanting to socialise. (sleeps 8)
Breakfast is by special arrangement on booking for River and Yellowwood Cottages only as the cottages and house are fully equipped for self catering. There are a number of good restaurants in the area. I am also able to advise on restaurants, excursions, park visits, day trips. I have lots of information on places to go and things to do. |
