Mimosa Lodge is renowned for its superb cuisine, run by owner chef Bernhard Hess, the emphasis is on local, fresh seasonal produce. Most vegetables and herbs are grown in our own extensive garden. Mimosa Lodge recently received the American Express Platinum Fine Dining Award. The 9 bedrooms and 7 suites are each quaint, different and tastefully decorated. The main building dates back to 1859 and has been carefully renovated to combine old world charm with today's modern luxuries. All of the rooms have en-suite bathroom facilities. The suites are situated in the garden with spectacular mountain views. Each suite has its own patio or balcony and hi-fi system.
