Marula Game Lodge

Marula Game Lodge and Conference Center offers you a unique experience of natural beauty and personal attention. Experience an African wildlife safari with game drives, game and bird viewing, bush walks and horse riding. Marula Lodge is situated in the Mpumalanga province of South Africa, about 1½ hours drive from the Johannesburg (OR Tambo) International Airport, en-route to the Kruger Park.

This area is known as the "Bushveld" with a moderate climate making Marula Lodge an ideal all-year-round, malaria-free holiday destination. Accommodation is provided in six beautiful rustic thatched chalets (sleeping 2 to 4 persons) surrounded by natural bush filled with the sights and sounds of game and birds. The chalets are fully equipped and are serviced daily, bedding and towels are provided. Self catering chalets have a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and fridge.

Our facilities also include a thatched lapa where our guests can listen to the nocturnal sounds of the bush around a Bushveld fire while enjoying African cuisine. Join us for a daily bush walk or a game drive and view our wildlife which includes hippo's, giraffes, zebra, kudus, blue wildebeest, impala, many bird species and a lot more. The lodge also boasts a traditional Boma, a bar and swimming pool to entertain guests. In addition, conference facilities are available for those who need to attend to their corporate responsibilities.
