Markotter Place is set in a quiet leafy suburb, with easy access to the N1. It is within easy reach of the beaches, shopping malls, city centre, the V&A waterfront, the airport and wine farms. The popular Tygervalley Shopping Centre and Willowbridge Mall is just 8 minutes drive away. We are situated 20km from Cape Town city centre and the V&A Waterfront. Blouberg Beach and Cape Town International Airport is within 15 - 20 minutes drive away.
"Little Otter" is a spacious 2 bedroom duplex flat, which is your real home away from home. The large lounge, dining room and open plan kitchen are situated downstairs, with a guest toilet. There are two large bedrooms upstairs with a full bathroom which has a bath and separate shower. It is fully equipped with a TV, a kitchen with a washing machine, heaters, ceiling fans, hairdryers, a telephone, an internet connection and linen, towels are provided. It has a separate entrance and provides the guests with privacy. It also has its own braai (barbecue) facilities and washing line.
"Markette", "Pool Room" and "Hi-Mark" are smaller, but still well equipped units, sleeping from between 1 and 4 persons.
A sparkling swimming pool and trampoline is set in the beautiful garden away from the flat. Units are serviced Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Our aim is to make you feel welcomed and as much as we are there for any needs, your privacy is highly regarded. |
