| Confirmation Policy Booking will only be secured once we received proof of payment or credit card details for 50% deposit, within 3 days. Payment Details A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservation. Full payment is required on arrival. All remittances are payable in South African Rands. Any alternative arrangements must be made with Schalk or Hanél. Time of Arrival Please inform us if arriving after hours in order for us to make arrangements. Reception Reception hours are from 7.30am - 7.00pm. Check in time: 2pm. Check out time: 10am. Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be cancelled in writing. All confirmed bookings are subject to the following cancellation policy: 7 days prior to arrival, or in the event of a NO SHOW - full cancellation fee. 7 - 14 days prior to arrival - 75% cancellation fee. 14 - 21 days prior to arrival - 50% cancellation fee. 21 - 28 days prior to arrival - 25% cancellation fee. |
