Standard Rates:

Extended Stay Special Rates:
Valid 1 September 2007 to 30 April 2008 (Standard Rate = R4 600):
R4 100 per person per night for a 4 night stay.
R3 900 per person per night for a minimum of a 5 night stay.
Valid 1 May 2008 to 31 August 2008 (Standard Rate = R4 000):
R3 500 per person per night for a 4 night stay.
R3 300 per person per night for a minimum of a 5 night stay.
Valid 1 September 2008 to 30 April 2009 (Standard Rate = R5 000):
R4 500 per person per night for a 4 night stay.
R4 300 per person per night for a minimum of a 5 night stay.
Valid 1 May 2009 to 31 August 2009 (Standard Rate = R4 400):
R3 900 per person per night for a 4 night stay.
R3 700 per person per night for a minimum of a 5 night stay.
Honeymoon Special:
Includes usual inclusions (Meals, accommodation, drinks, laundry etc.)
Plus:
Complimentary Beauty Treatments to the value of R1 000.
Complimentary Sparkling Wine and Fruit Basket on arrival.

Please Note:
All accommodation rates quoted are per person per night sharing.
Single accommodation attracts a supplement of an additional 50% of the quoted tariff
(Wherever possible, this single supplement will not be charged).
The public rates are quoted in South African Rand, whilst payment may be made in any international currency.
There are daily scheduled flights to Madikwe Game Reserve from Johannesburg. Air transfers and road transfers can be arranged.
Rates include:
• Luxury accommodation in a double thatched suite
• Breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, teas, coffee and cakes
• Lunch is included on day of arrival and day of departure
• House wines, local beers and spirits, soft drinks and mineral waters
• An evening and early morning game drive (Spotlights are used after dark)
• Game walks accompanied by an experienced ranger
• Transfers from the airstrip in Madikwe Game Reserve
• Tariffs are quoted inclusive of:
• Value Added Tax (VAT) at 14% where applicable
• Visits to Hides
• Emergency Medical Evacuation Insurance
Rates exclude:
• Telephone calls
• Wines not designated as house wines, imported beers and imported spirits
• Transfers
• Curio Shop purchases
• Health spa facilities
Policies:
1. All bookings are subject to Makanyane Safari Lodge cancellation policy which is:
Days prior to arrival: 90 to 46 days = 25%, 45 to 29 days = 50%, 28 days or less = 100%.
2. For all bookings a 25% deposit is required within 7 days of making the reservation. Please note that a reservation is not secure until a deposit is received. Makanyane reserves the right to automatically release any accommodation being held where the required deposit has not been received within the stated period. All rates quoted are subject to change without notice.
3. Booking information, such as any special dietary requirements, allergies or medical conditions, guest's contact number (if possible) and the estimated time of arrival at the lodge needs to be communicated well in advance of arrival at the lodge.
Methods of payment accepted: Cash, Credit Card (Visa, Master, American Express, Diners Club), Direct Deposit, EFT and Cheque.
To secure the booking, a 25% deposit is required with the first week of making the booking.
The balance is required 30 days prior to arrival.
