DESCRIPTION:
 
This very comfortable self catering, two bedroomed apartment, or "home from home" accommodates a maximum of four people.

It is situated in a secure environment, with immaculately kept gardens, a swimming pool and a beautiful view over the Waterkloof Spruit and leafy suburb towards the Faerie Glen hills.

The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, fridge, freezer, microwave and stove. All linen and towels are provided, excluding swimming towels. A lock-up garage and undercover parking bay are ideal for travelers who tow a trailer.

The apartment is conveniently situated near major highways (N1 and N4), entertainment areas, restaurants (Menlyn, Gift Acres, Brooklyn and Woodlands shopping malls), hospitals (Faerie Glen, Kloof, Die Wilgers and Pretoria East) and the Sungardens Hospice.

DIRECTIONS:
 
Take the M11 the Atterbury Road off-ramp from the N1 highway and travel east (off-ramp 140). Then turn left at the Atterbury Road / Lois Street (Menlyn Drive) intersection and turn right into Ingersol Road. Keep driving ahead and then turn left into the second road which is called Ilkey Road. The apartment block is situated on the corner of Ilkey and Ingersol Roads.
