| Take the N6 from Bloemfontein to Aliwal North. In Aliwal North at the Dutch reformed church turn left onto the R56. Keep driving on the R56 until you reach the Lady Grey turn-off. Do not turn off to Lady Grey but stay on the R58 going to Barkly East for 17.5km from the Lady Grey turn-off. At the big brown sign on your left saying "Lupela Lodge" turn left. This road ends at the Lodge and is 5.4km of dirt road suitable for all types of cars. |
