Before completing our online application form, it is recommended that you have the following
details on hand to make the application process easier. It is suggested that you save them in a word document for quick reference (to copy & paste from) and for backup.
Establishment's General Details: Establishment's name, physical
address, postal address, directions, telephone, email.
Administrative Details: Company registration details (if
applicable), and the person responsible for accounts (person's name, telephone, email).
Description of your Establishment: 3 paragraphs (up to 300 words in total).
Facilities: Listed in point form. Maximum of 18 facilities (eg. swimming pool, DSTV, braai area etc).
Rates: Currency must be in South African Rands. Indicate the "Low / High Seasons" (if applicable).
Accreditations: Star grading (if applicable) and/or other accreditations.
Photographs: Please note that 8 photographs will be
required. These must be of good quality and "postcard" in size or
larger. Note: The photos will only be required after your application,
and sent to us in a separate email. Thus you can still apply without them.
