We offer exclusive, upmarket accommodation in a quiet and secure environment. Although very centrally situated in the heart of Mafikeng, the setting is very private and tranquil.

Our 4 star guest house has 6 rooms which are all en-suite with own private entrances and secure parking close to the rooms. We recommend our 3 tasteful executive rooms, all overlooking the beautiful garden. Our 3 standard rooms are ideal for business travelers. We offer office facilities like a printer, copier and fax machine and a wireless internet connection. All our rooms are fitted with a fridge, TV with DSTV, a heater and fan or air-conditioning. We also have a private gym and a swimming pool which may be used by guests per arrangement.

Guests can enjoy a full sumptuous breakfast in our spacious dining room overlooking the pool and may browse through a book from our library.

This guest house is managed by the owner herself and she will make sure that that your stay is comfortable and pleasant. Many of our guests prefer Libertas Guest House above any other B&B or hotel in the area.

As you enter Mafikeng from Lichtenburg's side, carry straight on in Nelson Mandela Road. Just after you have crossed the seventh robot (at the Protea Hotel), turn right in a small street (Jan Viljoen). Turn left into the next street which ends in Cecil Rhodes Avenue. Look for the house with the yellow wall surrounding it.

The surroundings are neat, clean and beautiful. Salome (owner) hosted a breakfast in aid of the Mafikeng SPCA and the morning was a wonderful success. The food itself was tasty, stylish and all the guests felt spoiled. We will definitely support Salome in any future events and ventures and truly appreciate her kindness and hospitality. It is a lovely get-away and function facility in the midst of busy Mafikeng.
