• Rates are:
  • quoted, invoiced and payable in ZAR
  • quoted per apartment per night
  • based on a maximum of:
    • 2 persons per One bedroom apartment
    • 4 person per Two bedroom apartment
    • 6 person per Three bedroom apartment
    • 6 person per Three bedroom penthouse
  • inclusive of accommodation and 14% VAT
  • subject to change without prior notice
• We recommend a minimum stay of two nights throughout the year

• This policy applies to all persons from 0 up to and including 11 years old
• Persons from 12 years and older are considered as adults and will therefore require their own apartment at the applicable rates, if the maximum persons allowed per apartment has been reached
• 0 - 3 Year old (sharing apartment with adults)
  • are accommodated in a cot at no additional cost
  • depending on the availability of cots
• Children occupying their own apartment will be charged at the applicable apartment rate
• Cots can accommodate a maximum of one child per cot
• Child minding facilities can be requested at an additional cost by prior arrangement

• We highly recommend that travel insurance is taken out

• Transfers can be arranged with reservations on request at additional costs
• All transfers are handled by accredited car hire and charter companies
• All transfers must be arranged prior to arrival

• Not available to reservations between 20 December and 10 January (traveling dates)
• Subject to availability; i.e.: should we have limited suits available, only confirmed bookings will be accepted
• Made less than 30 days prior to arrival will be held for a max of 72 hours
• Made 60 - 90 days prior to arrival will be held for a maximum of 7 working days
• Made more than 90 days prior to arrival will be held for a maximum of 14 working days
• Should confirmation not be received by the given date; the booking will automatically release and can only be re-instated on the basis that the booking is confirmed/guaranteed
• Full names of guests traveling will be required to convert the status from provisional to confirmed

• 25% Deposit will be required within 14 days of reservation being made
• Balance will be required 30 days prior to arrival
• Full pre payment will be required at time of booking for reservations made within 30 days of arrival

• Only written cancellations will be accepted. Ensure to receive an acknowledgment of cancellations from reservations
• 50% of fee if cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival
• 100% of fee if cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival

• A 10% non-refundable deposit may be requested at the time of booking in order to secure rooms, depending on the size of the group
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is payable 90 days prior to arrival
• A 100% non-refundable payment 60 days prior to arrival
• One (1) complimentary One bedroom apartment will be reserved for a group greater than 10 apartment, subject to availability and inclusive of accommodation only
